Why three Friends?

It were three managers that came up with the Thetford Friends idea. The idea of being accompanied by good Friends to learn from each other and make history together. That Thetford is accompanying you where-ever you, the Friend you can rely on, with whom you can have fun and can create the best camping and caravaning experiences. Meanwhile the three fingers became key in the Thetford Friends communication. Thet (the middle friend) and his two friends Jack and Emma are camping fanatics who share their passion with each other. They have been fervent campers ever since they were young, and they have always created awesome memories on their camping trips. They always enjoyed these trips, ranging from the beautiful landscapes in Scandinavia, to the beaches of Costa del Sol! Thetford has always been a key player during these adventures. Whether this was in the form of a toilet or a refrigerator did not matter, they were always able to rely on Thetford. These are unforgettable times! With Thet’s technical background, Jack’s humour and Emma’s charm, the trio perfectly complement each other!

Who is Jack?

Jack is the funny Friend, always in for a joke! Jack is the person with the anecdotes! He can talk endlessly about his camping blunders. “Remember that time when I forgot to press in the ventilation button while emptying the waste-holding tank? Everything splattered everywhere, including all over my new white trainers”. This causes Emma and Thet to roar with laughter! In addition, Jack likes to go beyond the beaten track. Jack does not mind camping out in the wild, and this takes him to some of the most beautiful spots imaginable. For him, it is a sport to drive around as long as possible without filling up and emptying his tanks. Jack and his girlfriend are very fond of sports. A trip in their campervan to the Austrian Alps to go skiing is an annual event.

Who is Emma?

Emma loves to spend time with Friends and learn from each other. There is the charming Emma, mother of two, who likes to travel down south with her husband in their caravan, providing it’s sunny. Emma can look after herself and is not adverse to emptying the waste-holding tank, although her husband does it most of the time. Emma likes to cook at home, as well as on vacation in the caravan. For the most delicious oven dishes and the coolest drinks, Emma is the person to see! When the children decide they no longer wish to come along, they plan to purchase a campervan. We’ll have to wait to see how that turns out!
