Cleaning and maintenance

Yes it is possible for holding tank contents to freeze. Use RV antifreeze in both the black and grey water tanks. It is compatible with all Thetford holding tank products.

Improper level sensor readings can have different causes. Not all sensor issues can be corrected by using Level Gauge Cleaner. However, Thetford® Level Gauge Cleaner will effectively work on restoring sensors that fail due to tissue and sludge build up.

Yes, you can add more than the recommended dose of 8-oz per 40 gallons of holding tank capacity. The products cannot harm a treatment system.
