Alissa Reyes

Alissa began her career in the aerospace industry, working with both Lockheed Martin and GE Aviation, before transitioning to consumer product goods at Stanley Black & Decker. During her time there, she progressed from an HR Leadership Associate to HR Manager, then to Site Leader, and ultimately became the HR Vice President of a business unit. In her current role at Thetford, Alissa brings this wealth of experience and expertise in human resources.

Her drive to join Thetford stemmed from the distinctive nature of the RV industry and the remarkable people she encountered during the interview process. As one of the first in her family to graduate from college, Alissa’s professional journey has been marked by determination. She even earned her MBA while working full-time—a testament to her hard work and commitment.

In her role at Thetford, Alissa facilitates the company’s culture and oversees the recruitment and development of its talented employees. She ensures that U.S. projects stay on track, aligning the teams with the company’s strategic vision, while fostering global partnerships to strengthen connections between Thetford’s entities.

What excites Alissa the most about her work? The energy and commitment of the employees at Thetford. She thrives on the fun, collaborative atmosphere, and her passion for people development is evident in her daily interactions.

Her areas of expertise include people! Whether that be talking to, coaching, or learning from them — all of the people things! Alissa is known for her transparency and her unwavering support of her team, creating an environment where employees can thrive.

Outside of work, Alissa enjoys traveling and keeping her children busy with countless extracurricular activities. Something people might not expect is just how passionate she is about the Detroit Lions. She is the reigning champion of her neighborhood fantasy football league!
