Tracy Anglemeyer

Tracy embarked on her career in the RV industry in 1990, working her way through college as a Parts Advisor at an RV company. Initially hired in the office, she quickly adapted to the changing landscape of the industry, especially during the downturn following Desert Storm, which led to many plant closures across the country. This shift saw her balancing roles in parts, warranty, and accounting. As the industry rebounded, Tracy seized the opportunity to transition into sales as a Sales Coordinator, which marked the beginning of her successful career in sales, product development, and management. Determined to enhance her expertise, she returned to school and earned her business degree, further solidifying her multifaceted background.

In her current role, Tracy is passionate about educating and inspiring others to grow in their positions. She collaborates closely with the Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing teams, aiding them in their strategies, sales goals, and brand development through strategic planning, research, budgeting, and customer relationship management. Tracy takes pride in helping her teams enhance their skills, ultimately benefiting Thetford and the entire industry.

What excites Tracy most about her work is the vibrant energy and diversity within her team. She thrives on the camaraderie and shared commitment to bettering the industry, believing that the collective knowledge and mentorship available in the RV space are invaluable. As a public speaker with extensive RV industry knowledge and technical insight, she brings enthusiasm, motivation, and strategic thinking to her leadership role.

Outside of work, Tracy is an avid golfer, relishing the opportunity to hit the course, whether for fun with friends or in competitive settings. She also has a penchant for speed, which has sparked some lighthearted conversations among her colleagues—particularly about her adventures leading caravans.
