A memorable moment came when a former colleague approached her to express that Jessica was the reason she pursued a career in HR as a manager. Throughout her career, Jessica has faced challenges, including the ramp-down of Norcold. During this difficult transition, she focused on ensuring that employees left with positive memories and successfully transitioned to new opportunities, making a significant difference in their lives.

In her current role, Jessica oversees employee relations, manages benefits programs, handles open enrollment, ensures compliance with labor laws, and supports employee engagement initiatives. She collaborates with leadership to cultivate a positive work environment while actively addressing employee feedback from surveys like the Employee Voice and Benefits Survey.

Outside of work, Jessica’s life revolves around soccer, as she spends nearly every evening on the pitch cheering for her two high school soccer stars. A fun fact about Jessica is that she has completed two half marathons in under two hours, and she hopes to pick up running again, with aspirations of tackling a full marathon one day!
