Todd Reames

Todd has been an integral part of Thetford’s success since he began his journey on the Aqua Magic Line in 1994. With nearly three decades of experience, he has advanced through various roles, starting as a line worker and evolving into a leadership position as the Operations Manager. His career trajectory includes key positions such as Maintenance Technician, Team Leader of Maintenance, Facilities Supervisor, and Facilities & Production Manager. Todd’s commitment to safety and operational excellence has also earned him the title of Safety Champion for Thetford.

When offered the challenge of becoming Operations Manager, Todd eagerly embraced the opportunity to grow his management skills and take on larger responsibilities. He finds great fulfillment in overseeing the production floor at the Dexter facility and expanding operations at the Ann Arbor facility, where he manages all aspects of the facility, grounds, and the Maintenance department. Todd is also heavily involved in executing various projects that enhance Thetford’s operational efficiency.

A key driver of Todd’s success is his passion for fostering personal relationships with his team. He values the camaraderie and support from his colleagues, which has contributed to his longevity at Thetford. He thrives on the excitement of completing goals and objectives on time, achieving positive results along the way.

With a strong background in maintenance equipment repair and a polished skill set in project management, Todd excels at time and job management while establishing effective standards and procedures. He prides himself on being responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of handling stress with ease, ensuring that he always delivers on the needs of his position.

Outside of work, Todd is an avid guitar player and golfer, but his greatest joy comes from spending time with his wife and two daughters. Their successes bring him total fulfillment, and he cherishes every moment he gets to share with them.

Despite his tough exterior, Todd is warm and approachable, embodying a “hard shell with a gooey center” philosophy that endears him to those around him!
