Nicole is the Senior Manager of Forecasting and Planning at Thetford, a role she considers her favorite yet! With a diverse career spanning over 15 years, Nicole began in Inside Sales, where she honed her skills for eight years. She then took on the challenge of being a S&OP Master Scheduler for six months before transitioning to Customer Service Manager. Her journey led her to the Business Intelligence role, ultimately culminating in her current position, where she thrives on the dynamic challenges and opportunities for growth it presents.

What inspires Nicole most about her role is the potential for personal and professional development, the chance to lead a team, and her focus on process improvements. She is eager to collaborate cross-functionally and globally with the broader team to drive enhancements within our ERP system. Over the years, Nicole has cultivated a strong interest in supply chain management, fueled by her desire to deepen her expertise in this vital area.

Throughout her career, Nicole has faced significant challenges, including learning to trust her colleagues despite her strategic nature. She recognizes the importance of collaboration and relying on her team, understanding that success cannot be achieved in isolation. In her role, she leads and mentors her Planning team, coordinates demand planning, oversees inventory management, implements process improvements, and ensures data integrity.

She enjoys managing resources and processes effectively while fostering a collaborative environment. Her areas of expertise include ownership and accountability, effective multitasking, proactive problem-solving, and a genuine passion for learning—especially when it comes to Excel!

Outside of work, Nicole is a dedicated mom who enjoys reading, visiting Disney World, gardening, and tending to her beloved chickens.
