Tarynn is the Aftermarket Sales Manager at Thetford, bringing a wealth of experience and passion for the RV industry. After starting her career in kitchen and bath design, she transitioned into the world of Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing in Denver, Colorado, where she discovered a rewarding, challenging, and creative environment. Her journey through the RV industry has been both diverse and enriching, as she has worked in both OEM and Aftermarket channels, embracing the dynamic nature of sales and business operations.
Eager to return to the Aftermarket space after a significant tenure on the OEM side, Tarynn seized the opportunity to take on her current role. In her position, she is responsible for the growth and development of Thetford’s Aftermarket segment, focusing on enhancing her sales team’s abilities to thrive in challenging sales environments while actively seeking new business opportunities.
One of Tarynn’s primary passions is the chance to reinvigorate a legacy brand, a goal that excites her daily as she collaborates with her team. She believes that sales is more than just a transaction; it’s a skill that conveys emotion and tells a compelling story, a philosophy that she instills in her team.
As a leader, Tarynn is willing to take risks, protecting her team when necessary, and encouraging them to view mistakes as valuable learning opportunities. She is committed to helping each team member discover their unique gifts, even if that growth leads them outside of her team.
Outside of her professional life, Tarynn is a certified Bikram Yoga instructor and is currently studying to become a Pilates instructor. Her dedication to wellness and fitness complements her professional journey, fostering balance and resilience.
Fun fact: Tarynn once dabbled in stand-up comedy at an open mic in Denver, believing she had a knack for humor—an experience that, while not fully realized, certainly added a layer of laughter to her life!
