Dan brings 18 years of experience in the automotive industry to his leadership role at Thetford, where he’s held numerous positions in supply chain and operations, most recently serving as a plant manager of a plastics facility. His journey has equipped him with a wealth of knowledge, especially in problem-solving and continuous improvement.

What drew Dan to Thetford was the opportunity to step into a similar yet distinct industry and be part of a team focused on transforming the business model from manufacturing to distribution. He thrives in tackling the unique challenges that both supply chain and operations present, always believing there’s a solution if you think outside the box.

Dan’s primary responsibility is ensuring the timely production and shipment of quality products. His calm leadership style and willingness to help out wherever needed make him a valued member of the team. What excites him most about his role is the team’s passion for working together and the shared drive to win.

Outside of work, Dan is a huge music enthusiast. His love for rock spans genres like pop, punk, 80s metal, emo, and heavy metal. When he’s not busy solving business problems, you might find him playing guitar, a talent that not everyone might expect from a supply chain and operations leader!
