The Thetford® and Norcold® technical training course offers technicians valuable hands-on learning, providing 4-hours of credit towards their RVIA Master Technician Certification. This course is ideal for those looking to deepen their knowledge and skills in RV maintenance and repair, particularly with Thetford® and Norcold® products.
Technicians have several options for completing Thetford® and Norcold® technical training, offering flexibility to suit various learning preferences and needs. These include:
- On-site Training: Training conducted at a technician’s workplace, allowing them to gain practical experience in their usual environment.
- In-house Training: Training provided at Thetford® and Norcold® facilities, where technicians can use the manufacturers’ resources for comprehensive learning.
- OEM Service Training: Specialized training for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), tailored to their specific products and services.
- Partnership Training: Training provided in collaboration with business partners or industry organizations, helping broaden technicians’ skillsets.
- Rally Support Training: Training offered at RV rallies or events, providing technicians with hands-on experience while supporting attendees.

Before taking this training, it is highly recommended that technicians complete the RVIA Levels 1 & 2 courses, as these foundational levels prepare them for the more advanced content covered in the Thetford® and Norcold® RVIA Level 3 course.
