Devon Martorelli

Devon’s journey in supply chain management began as an overnight biller at a trucking company in Romulus, Michigan. From there, she quickly moved up the ranks, spending 10 years in operations at a trucking company in Melvindale, Michigan, where she became the company’s first female leader. She later transitioned to Meijer Distribution, overseeing their fresh, frozen, and seafood departments for nearly a decade. Devon then made history again as the first Director of Operations for Michigan’s inaugural cannabis warehouse, building it from the ground up before moving on to her current role as Supply Chain Manager at Thetford.

What drives Devon is her deep passion for supply chain management—she’s been in the field her entire career and loves every minute of it. Her role at Thetford allows her to not only achieve her career goals but also work for a company that values work-life balance, something she holds dear.

Devon has overcome many challenges in her professional journey, particularly in an industry that once was very much a “good old boys club.” Through hard work and determination, she proved that not only could a woman lead in supply chain, but she could do it better than her peers. Today, she oversees Thetford’s entire supply chain for the U.S., ensuring goods are delivered on time and that the shipping team meets customer needs.

What excites Devon most about her role is being part of Thetford’s ongoing transformation, working to set up the warehouse for success and collaborating with her team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). She’s known for her problem-solving skills, often thinking outside the box and collaborating closely with her team to solve issues.

Devon’s leadership style emphasizes collaboration—she believes every idea is worth hearing and values teamwork across departments. Her open-minded approach fosters a culture where everyone has a seat at the table.

Outside of work, Devon enjoys camping, collecting Fenton Art glass, and spending time with her family. A fun and unexpected fact: she’s also an auctioneer!
