Heather has been an integral part of Thetford and Norcold since 2014, growing through roles like Customer Service Representative, Sales Coordinator, Warranty Administrator, and Claims & Compliance Specialist. Each position has allowed her to deepen her product knowledge and build strong customer relationships. Today, as the Customer Service Manager, Heather leads a dedicated team of Customer Engagement Representatives and Warranty Administrators, ensuring that consumers and dealers receive exceptional support.
What inspires Heather is her personal connection to the RV lifestyle—she owns a 26-foot travel trailer and enjoys camping with her family. This firsthand experience fuels her commitment to getting customers back on the road quickly and ensuring their products work at their best.
Heather has shown tremendous resilience in her career, particularly during the challenges of 2020 when the pandemic shut down manufacturing operations, but the Customer Service team remained fully operational. Leading her team through this period, she worked tirelessly to ensure customers could still find products and receive the support they needed.
Known for her conscientious leadership, Heather brings a thoughtful and balanced perspective to her team. Her deep product knowledge and years of customer engagement allow her to provide invaluable insights into the user experience.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys the simplicity of camping, watching her kids play sports, and finding time to relax with a good book. An interesting fact about Heather: she once worked at a local hardware store, commuting between two locations, and dreamed of one day owning her own community store!
