Jordan Menz

Jordan’s journey in the RV industry began in 2015, after graduating from Bethel University in South Bend. He started as an OEM sales representative with Thor and Forest River, eventually transitioning to the supplier side, where he found his passion for product management and development. His well-rounded experience in both sales and product strategy has been a driving force in his success at Thetford.

What inspired Jordan to pursue his current position was the freedom to unleash his creativity from a customer-centric perspective. He enjoys solving customer needs and contributing to the growth of both Thetford and the RV industry at large. His career shift from OEM to supplier was a significant reset that opened new doors and allowed him to gain a fresh perspective on the industry’s challenges and opportunities.

In his current role, Jordan develops strategic product plans to benefit Thetford’s customers. He works to increase market presence with existing products and enhance Thetford’s offerings by introducing new products tailored to specific segments. He thrives in the collaborative environment at Thetford, where team members consistently go above and beyond to support each other and the organization.

Jordan brings a wealth of expertise in sales, marketing, and industry relationships, but his experience in product development is his most valuable asset. His leadership strengths include passion, empowerment, and empathy. He has a true passion for winning in the RV industry and is driven to help his team achieve success. Jordan also takes great pride in helping his colleagues grow, making it a priority to understand the challenges they face in their personal and professional lives.

Outside of work, Jordan loves traveling with his family and exploring new cultures. He is also a fan of construction and art projects, and he considers himself an avid golfer. Though typically quiet and reserved, Jordan has a surprising dream of one day acting on screen, adding a layer of creativity and ambition to his diverse set of skills!
