Mary Pouliot

Mary serves as the Executive Vice President of the Americas for Thetford, a pivotal role she has embraced since joining the company in 2006. With a wealth of experience in strategic leadership positions, including Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Director of Customer Service, and Director of OEM Sales, Mary has consistently driven growth and innovation within Thetford. Prior to her tenure at Thetford, she ran her own consulting company and held key positions at GKN Sinter Metals and FANUC Robotics, where she was the Customer Service Manager and ERP Team Lead. Mary’s deep commitment to the RV industry is reflected in her active involvement with influential boards and committees. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the RV Industry Association’s Board of Directors Executive Committee, Chair of the RV Technical Institute’s Board of Directors, and Chair of the Supplier Committee. Additionally, she is a member of both the Audit and Awards Committees, where her strategic vision continues to shape the future of the industry. Passionate about working with people in a vibrant industry, Mary thrives in a company that embodies strong family values. Throughout her career, she has faced challenges, including overcoming gender bias and balancing the demands of climbing the corporate ladder while starting and raising a family. These experiences have only fueled her determination and resilience. In her current role, Mary leads and manages the overall operations and strategy of Thetford, setting the organization’s vision and goals. Her responsibilities include making high-level decisions, ensuring financial performance, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Mary focuses on building a strong leadership team and fostering a company culture that aligns with Thetford’s objectives. What excites Mary most about her work is the collaboration and camaraderie that arise from shared goals and mutual support. Outside of her professional life, Mary is a devoted wife and mother, cherishing her roles as a partner and parent to her husband and three beautiful children.
