Michelle is a talented leader at Thetford, having joined the team in 2024 to enhance decision-making through data-driven insights. She began her career at Boeing as a cost estimating analyst, where she developed business cases to evaluate the financial impact of various business decisions. During her time at Boeing, Michelle created a training program aimed at enhancing the finance team’s data analytics capabilities. Her leadership skills shone through when she took charge of a data science team dedicated to identifying and prioritizing opportunities for operational efficiency.
After her impactful tenure at Boeing, Michelle transitioned to Edward Jones, where she embraced a program management role. There, she helped shape the roadmap for adopting AI tools, akin to ChatGPT, to empower Financial Advisors in providing more personalized advice. This blend of experience has equipped Michelle with a unique perspective and a robust understanding of the intricate dynamics within the industry.
In her current role at Thetford, Michelle thrives on conducting a wide range of ad hoc analyses to support the company’s business priorities. She collaborates with fellow leaders to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for their teams and facilitates monthly metrics reviews to track progress toward critical business goals. Her passion for problem-solving and systems thinking allows her to engage with every function of the business, making her role a perfect fit for her interests and skillset.
What excites Michelle most about her work is the collaborative spirit of her team. She loves the thrill of tackling new challenges together, with everyone eager to embrace innovative solutions when opportunities for improvement arise.

Outside of her professional life, Michelle is a devoted parent to two wonderful kids who keep her busy. She is also a talented musician, regularly playing the oboe and English horn with a local concert band and community orchestra. Fun fact: Michelle is working diligently on achieving a solid handstand and even dreams of mastering a press-to-handstand, practicing three to four times a week!
